AXISCADES Technologies appoints Uttam Kumar Bhageria as CFO-Designate, effective October 2026

AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Uttam Kumar Bhageria as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Designate, effective October 21, 2026. Current Group Chief Financial Officer Mr. Shashidhar SK will attain superannuation on December 31, 2026, and Mr. Bhageria will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective January 01, 2027.
