Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 16, 2026, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate was provided by KFIN Technologies Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent.
