Aar Shyam India Investment appoints Viresh Verma & Co. as auditors for five years

Aar Shyam India Investment Company Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Viresh Verma & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 48th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
