Aarti Drugs Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, to consider and approve the “Aarti Drugs Limited – Performance Stock Option Plan 2026,” and the trading window for the company will be closed from August 25, 2026, until August 29, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
