Aditya Birla Capital raises Rs 300 cr via NCDs

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 30,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs 1 lakh per debenture aggregating to Rs 300 crore on private placement basis on 29 June 2026.
