Alok Industries completed the sale of its entire stake in Mileta a.s

Alok Industries Limited announced on October 9, 2026, the completion of the sale of its 100% equity stake in Mileta a.s. through its step down wholly owned subsidiary, Alok Industries International Limited, effectively ending Mileta a.s.’s status as a subsidiary of the company, following a disclosure made on December 16, 2025.
