Apollo Micro Systems nears acquisition of 26% stake in Premier Explosives

Apollo Micro Systems Limited announced that the Securities and Exchange Board of India has conveyed its final comments on the draft letter of offer for an open offer to acquire 26% equity shares from public shareholders of Premier Explosives Limited, as previously disclosed on July 9, 2026.
