Arvind Mahajan concludes five-year term as Independent Director at Flex Foods Ltd

Flex Foods Ltd. announced that Arvind Mahajan, who served as an Independent Director since August 24, 2021, has ceased to hold the position with effect from the close of business hours on August 23, 2026, upon completion of his five-year term.
