Asgard Alcobev Limited, formerly known as Banganga Paper Industries Limited, announced the appointment of Mrs. Kalpana Srinivasan, a Practising Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor for the fiscal year 2025-26, effective August 22, 2026, following the resignation of Mrs. Ritika Agarwal.
