Best Eastern Hotels Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company's shares has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
