Bharat Dynamics to review financial results at board meeting November 12, 2026

Bharat Dynamics Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited. The trading window for dealing in securities of Bharat Dynamics Limited will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
