Board of Cemindia Projects approves QIP issue of Rs 5,000 cr

The board of Cemindia Projects at its meeting held on 23 July 2026 has approved raising funds up to Rs 5,000 crore through issuance of equity shares by way of qualified institutional placement or any other mode.
