CESC Limited submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited a certificate dated October 3, 2026, under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
