Chemkart India Limited appointed Prem Chand Jain & Co. as auditors for five years

Chemkart India Limited announced the appointment of M/s Prem Chand Jain & Co. as its Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years, from Financial Year 2026-27 to Financial Year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 7th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the company appointed M/s Nirmal Tiwari & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for the same period, also pending shareholder approval, and approved holding its 7th Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST via video conferencing.
