Chennai Petroleum Corporation to review financial results at board meeting October 22

Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for dealing in securities of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. will remain closed until October 24, 2026, for all 'Insiders' as per the company's Insider Trading Code.
