Coal India to review financial results and potential dividend at October 29 meeting

Coal India Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and potentially declare a second interim dividend for fiscal year 2026-27. The company closed its trading window under its insider trading code on October 1, 2026, and it will reopen on November 3, 2026.
