Crescentis Capital plans to discuss a rights issue of equity shares on September 29

Crescentis Capital Limited, formerly known as Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 29, 2026, to discuss updates from the Fund Raising Committee regarding a proposed rights issue of equity shares, as previously initiated on May 29, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
