Digjam Limited shareholders approved a scheme of arrangement with Reid & Taylor via video conference

Digjam Limited convened a meeting of its equity shareholders on Sunday, August 16, 2026, via video conference as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, to seek approval for a proposed Scheme of Arrangement amongst Reid & Taylor International Private Limited and Digjam Limited and their respective shareholders, in accordance with sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Sriram Ananth V, included a briefing by Non-Executive Director Mr. Ajay Agarwal on the scheme's salient features, and e-voting results are expected to be announced on or before August 18, 2026.
