Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of EFC (I) Limited, contributed a turnover of Rs 221.35 lakhs, constituting 0.21% of the company’s consolidated turnover for fiscal year 2025-26, and had a net worth of Rs (506.56) lakhs, representing (0.62)% of the consolidated net worth as of March 31, 2026. The transaction was structured as an "Assets Sale and Lease Back" basis, and EFC (I) Limited will continue to operate the assets as Managed/Coworking Office Spaces.
