EMA India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the shifting of the company's registered office from 502, Gopala Chambers, 14/123 Parade, Naveen Market, Kanpur-208001, Uttar Pradesh to 301, Kailash Vaibhav Complex, G Wing 3rd Floor, Vikroli West, Parksite, Behind Godrej Colony, Mumbai, Mumbai, Mumbai-400079, Maharashtra, as per a Certificate of Registration dated September 09, 2026.
