EPL Limited announced that its Security Committee has approved the allotment of 35,292 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2020, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 64,16,42,346 divided into 32,08,21,173 shares to Rs 64,17,12,930 divided into 32,08,56,465 shares.
