Electrotherm appoints Davesh Khandelwal and Rajesh Patel to its board of directors

Electrotherm (India) Limited appointed Davesh Khandelwal as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director, effective August 26, 2026, for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval, and Rajesh Bhalchandra Patel as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, also effective August 26, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
