Emcure Pharmaceuticals completes acquisition of balance 12.05% stake in Gennova

Emcure Pharmaceuticals announced that it has completed the acquisition of 663,865 equity shares constituting 12.05% of balance equity share capital of Gennova Biopharmaceuticals (Gennova) for an aggregate consideration of Rs231.87 crore. With this acquisition, Gennova has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
