Emmbi Industries shareholders approved Anuj Choksey, Maithili Appalwar, and Yash Punjabi appointments

Emmbi Industries Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Anuj Choksey as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term effective August 14, 2026, and the appointments of Ms. Maithili Makrand Appalwar and Mr. Yash Ravi Punjabi as Executive Directors, both liable to retire by rotation. Ms. Appalwar is the daughter of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Makrand Appalwar and Executive Director & CFO Mrs. Rinku Appalwar, while Mr. Punjabi is the spouse of Ms. Maithili Appalwar.
