Globe Multi Ventures Limited will halt insider trading ahead of quarterly results release

Globe Multi Ventures Limited, formerly known as Globe Commercials Ltd, will close its trading window for insider transactions starting October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited.
