Greenhitech Ventures halts share trading October 1st pending financial results announcement

Greenhitech Ventures Limited will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the communication of financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
