Gujjubhai Industries will close its member register September 24-30, 2026, for its AGM

Gujjubhai Industries Limited, formerly known as Sumuka Agro Industries Limited, will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for its 37th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company set Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote electronically or at the AGM.
