HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 46,75,598 equity shares to its employees through the exercise of options and restricted stock units under its Employees Stock Options Scheme and Employee Stock Incentive Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 15,42,77,35,870 to Rs 15,43,24,11,468.
