IIFL Finance Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares to employees via stock options

IIFL Finance Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 14,30,848 equity shares to eligible employees on the exercise of stock options under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, according to a circular resolution dated September 10, 2026.
