JD Cables Limited closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

JD Cables Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for directors and designated persons and their relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
