Jet Freight Logistics Limited’s board approved borrowing limits up to INR 250 crore

Jet Freight Logistics Limited announced that its board approved increasing borrowing limits to INR 250 crore and creating charges on movable and immovable properties up to the same amount. The company will also infuse capital into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jet Freight Logistics INC in the United States, up to March 31, 2027, and approved the date and notice of its Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the voluntary strike-off and dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jet Freight Logistics B.V., incorporated in the Netherlands in April 2021, which is expected to be completed by January 2027.
