Jet Freight Logistics secures board approval for INR 250 crore borrowing limit increase

Jet Freight Logistics Limited announced that its board approved increasing borrowing limits to INR 250 crore and creating charges on movable and immovable properties up to INR 250 crore, subject to shareholder approval. The company also authorized a capital infusion into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jet Freight Logistics INC in the United States, to capitalize on business opportunities and expand its international footprint, with the infusion expected to be completed by March 31, 2027. Additionally, the board approved the voluntary strike-off and dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jet Freight Logistics B.V. in the Netherlands, and scheduled its Annual General Meeting for September 23, 2026.
