Kalpataru Limited shareholders appointed Rathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years

Kalpataru Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Messrs. Rathi & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 up to fiscal year 2030-31, at the company's 38th Annual General Meeting held on August 3, 2026.
