Kemistar Corporation Limited informed the BSE Limited that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the purpose of the 32nd Annual General Meeting and final dividend determination, with the record date set for Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
