Kemistar Corporation Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 8, 2026, reported confirmation from Purva Sharegistry (I) Pvt Ltd, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018.
