Kiran Syntex Limited proposes merger with Gujarat Kiran Polytex, submitted to BSE

Kiran Syntex Limited has submitted a draft Scheme of Merger along with related documents to the BSE, concerning the merger of Kiran Syntex Limited (Transferee Company) with Gujarat Kiran Polytex Limited (Transferor Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors, as announced on June 30, 2026.
