Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has acquired 55.26% equity shares of Systems and Components (India) (S&C) on 04 December 2024 pursuant to the Share Purchase and Share Holders' Agreement (SPSHA). As a result, S&C has become subsidiary of KPCL.
