Landsmill Green Limited confirms Company Secretary Nilam Bihani's resignation, effective September 10, 2026

Landsmill Green Limited, formerly known as Excel Realty N Infra Limited, announced that Nilam Bihani has resigned from her position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 10, 2026, citing personal reasons. The resignation was accepted by the company, which noted Bihani's cooperation in ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities.
