Mangalam Industrial Finance appoints Arun Ratnawat & Associates as its new statutory auditor

Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s Arun Ratnawat & Associates, Chartered Accountants, (ICAI Firm Registration No. 010664C), as the Statutory Auditors of the company, effective August 7, 2026, replacing M/s Mahesh Udhwani & Associates, Chartered Accountants, which resigned on May 14, 2026.
