Mankind Pharma Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Mankind Pharma (Netherlands) B.V., in the Netherlands on August 13, 2026, as previously disclosed on July 11, 2026, in accordance with Regulations 30 and 51 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
