Muzali Arts Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 1, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and fixed Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 2 PM (IST) as the date and time for its Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a book closure period from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and a record date of Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
