NCL Industries promoter released 29,722 shares pledged with Northeast Broking Services

NCL Industries Limited disclosed the release of 29,722 equity shares pledged by promoter G.T.Sandeep on September 4, 2026, as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover amendments) Regulations, 2011; the shares were pledged as collateral security to Northeast Broking Services Ltd.
