PDS Limited’s committee approved stock options for 1,78,051 shares under its 2021 plan

PDS Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 1,78,051 stock options under the PDS Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 – Plan A on November 4, 2026, covering 1,78,051 equity shares with an exercise price of Rs 261 per stock option.
