PFL Infotech Limited no longer meets the criteria to be classified as a Large Corporate

PFL INFOTECH LIMITED informed the BSE Limited on October 3, 2026, that the company does not fulfill the criteria to be classified as a "Large Corporate" as defined under SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and BSE circular No. LIST/COM/05/2019 - 20 dated April 11, 2019.
