PNB Housing Finance board recommends NCD issuance of Rs 10,000 cr

The board of PNB Housing Finance at its meeting held on 10 July 2026 has recommended the proposal for issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 10,000 crore on private placement basis, in one or more tranches.
