Procter & Gamble appoints Flavia Machado as Company Secretary, effective late September 2026

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited announced that its board of directors has appointed Ms. Flavia Machado as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 29, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations. Ms. Machado, who is currently Company Secretary of Gillette India Limited until September 28, 2026, is a Commerce and Law graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
