RCC Cements shareholders re-appointed Sachin Garg as Managing Director for five years

RCC Cements Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Sachin Garg as Managing Director for a second term of five years, effective July 8, 2027, to July 7, 2032, at the company's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
