Raama Finance Limited to appoint a CFO and review financials at August meeting

Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Limited, will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and consider the standalone unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the statutory auditor.
