Radhagobind Commercial Ltd. to convene a meeting in Kannur to review financial results

Radhagobind Commercial Ltd. will hold a meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at the office of the Resolution Professional in Kannur, Kerala, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and CSE Limited. The meeting will be presided over by Resolution Professional Najeeb T P, who was appointed under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
