RattanIndia Enterprises to review quarterly financial results at a board meeting next week

RattanIndia Enterprises Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, to approve the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for the company's securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are disseminated to the exchanges, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
